Registration data: name, participant type (student / teacher / adult / accompanying), contact details (email, phone), and ensemble and payment-related information.
Messaging support data: when you contact us via our LINE Official Account or Facebook Messenger, we receive the platform-provided user identifier (User ID), the content of the messages you send, and your language setting, in order to provide customer support.
Website usage data: technical information necessary to operate the website.
2. How We Use Information
To process registration, review, payment reconciliation, and e-credential issuance for Festival operations.
To respond to your inquiries via our online support and Organizing Committee staff.
To send event notifications and necessary messages in the language matching your messaging-platform preference.
3. Handling of Messenger and LINE Data
Data obtained through Facebook Messenger and LINE is used solely to reply to your support messages and to send event notifications. It is not used for any other purpose and is never sold or rented to third parties.
Message content may be processed by our automated support system to generate replies. You may stop receiving messages at any time by blocking or unfollowing the account on the platform.
4. Data Sharing
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except as necessary to fulfil the purposes above (e.g. internal operations of the organizing and administering bodies) or as required by law.
