Review

Festival office checks capacity, category and feasibility.

Acceptance

Acceptance and payment / deposit instructions are sent by email.

Participant Portal

Complete roster, repertoire, instruments, accommodation and transport.

Final Pack

Receive Schedule, Pass, Invoice, Travel Info and final notices.
